As a client / prospective home buyer, you should view your inspection as a way to gain important information about the biggest purchase of your lifetime.  It will help you determine whether there are any major defects or system problems in the home you are considering at the time of purchase.

 In most cases, a  home inspection is performed for prospective home buyers after a sales contract has been signed.  You will normally have from seven to ten days to arrange for your home inspection after signing a sales contract.  The Home Inspector, LLC strongly encourages you to attend the inspection so that you can see this first hand the workings of the home.  It also represents an excellent opportunity for you to ask questions about the home or to discuss potential upgrades or enhancements to the home.

 Home inspections are not intended to point out minor or cosmetic flaws such as spots on carpet or torn wallpaper.  These types of cosmetic defects can be seen without the aid of a professional home inspector.

 The goal of The Home Inspector, LLC is to educate and provide you with a better understanding of the physical condition of the home.  After the inspection is completed, The Home Inspector, LLC will prepare a report  and provide it to you within 24-48 hours after the inspection. 

 The home inspection should not be confused with an appraisal, a municipal code inspection or a home owner's warranty. The Home Inspector, LLC provides inspection of the major systems and components of a house, such as the structure, exterior, roofing, electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing and interior.
