  • Single Family Homes over 3000 sq ft - please call for estimate
  • Condominium Units start at $225.00 and up
  • Serving Alabama and Georgia
  • Due to high fuel prices a milage charge may apply.
  • Payment is due at the time of the inspection.

    The prices that are charges for a home inspection are typically based on the age, type of foundation (slab or raised), and the total square footage of the home.

    The Home Inspector, LLC  will also take into consideration the overall general condition, location, sales price, and ownership/rental history. 

    If you would like The Home Inspector, LLC to  inspect a swimming pool, a spa, or any additional (secondary) structures or components, please let The Home Inspector, LLC know ,so that The Home Inspector, LLC can include those items in our quote.

    Payment is expected at time of inspection. We accept checks, Money Orders and yes, cash.
