I had a rental property home inspected by The Home Inspector, LLC. I would highly recommend him. Even on the brand new home, the found several items that issues that needed to be addressed. (IE faulty garage door opener, paint details, air conditioning drain, etc). It was very helpful as I was able to get the contractor to fix these items right away before closing, rather than have the tenants later discover them and try to obtain warranty service after the fact. The report was well written, with photos and well worth the price paid.
