Wood Destroying Insect Inspection

A wood destroying insect inspection is a visual inspection conducted in the readily accessible areas of the structure(s) including attics and crawl spaces. There are four primary wood destroying insects that can cause significant damage to a home in Wisconsin. The four are subterranean termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and re-infesting wood-boring beetles. The inspection does not include concealed areas, mold, mildew or noninsect wood destroying organisms.
